  • Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively while maintaining a positive attitude.
  • Provide detailed information about products, services, and policies to customers.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the database.
  • Collaborate with other departments to facilitate smooth order processing and delivery.
  • Identify opportunities to improve customer service processes and suggest enhancements.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are fully resolved and satisfaction is achieved.
