We are seeking a friendly and detail-oriented Cashier to join our team. As a Cashier, you will be the first point of contact for customers, ensuring a smooth and positive shopping experience. 

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and assist them with their purchases in a courteous manner.
• Operate cash registers and process various payment methods including cash, credit/debit cards, and mobile payments.
• Ensure accuracy in handling cash and making change during transactions.
• Maintain a clean and organized checkout area to provide a pleasant shopping environment.
• Resolve any customer complaints or issues promptly and professionally, escalating when necessary.
• Assist with stocking shelves and organizing merchandise as needed during downtime.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience in a cashier or customer service role is a plus but not required.
• Strong numerical skills and attention to detail for handling transactions accurately.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with customers and team members.
