We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Office Clerk to join our team and contribute to the smooth operation of our office environment. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in supporting day-to-day administrative tasks, ensuring efficient office operations, and assisting various departments as needed. 

Responsibilities

  • Manage and organize office filing systems both physical and electronic
  • Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence including emails, phone calls, and mail
  • Maintain and order office supplies to ensure all departments are adequately stocked
  • Assist in scheduling appointments and meetings
  • Support other administrative staff with various clerical duties as needed

Qualifications

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in completing tasks
