We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Office Clerk to join our team and contribute to the smooth operation of our office environment. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in supporting day-to-day administrative tasks, ensuring efficient office operations, and assisting various departments as needed.
Responsibilities
- Manage and organize office filing systems both physical and electronic
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence including emails, phone calls, and mail
- Maintain and order office supplies to ensure all departments are adequately stocked
- Assist in scheduling appointments and meetings
- Support other administrative staff with various clerical duties as needed
Qualifications
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Attention to detail and accuracy in completing tasks
