The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic and a keen attention to detail, as you will be tasked with various operations including receiving, storing, and distributing products or materials. 

Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
• Make outbound calls to follow up with customers or provide updates
• Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and company policies
• Resolve customer issues, complaints, and concerns efficiently
• Document all customer interactions in the system accurately
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and professionalism
• Follow scripts, procedures, and guidelines while personalizing the customer experience

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Previous experience in customer service or call center roles is a plus
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Basic computer skills and ability to navigate systems efficiently
