We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Office Assistant to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities
- Answering and directing phone calls promptly and professionally.
- Managing office supplies by maintaining inventory and placing orders when necessary.
- Greeting visitors and clients in a friendly and professional manner.
- Assisting in scheduling appointments and managing calendars for team members.
- Organizing and maintaining electronic and paper filing systems.
Qualifications
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualification as an administrative assistant is a plus.
- Proven experience as an office assistant or in a related field.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
