Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Office Assistant to join our dynamic team. As an Office Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and effective operation of our office environment. This position demands a detail-oriented individual who possesses excellent organizational skills and a strong ability to multitask.

Responsibilities

  • Answering and directing phone calls promptly and professionally.
  • Managing office supplies by maintaining inventory and placing orders when necessary.
  • Greeting visitors and clients in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Assisting in scheduling appointments and managing calendars for team members.
  • Organizing and maintaining electronic and paper filing systems.

Qualifications

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualification as an administrative assistant is a plus.
  • Proven experience as an office assistant or in a related field.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
