Job Description
Skillbridge Academy is seeking a detail-oriented and professional Admissions Assistant to support our admissions team. In this role, you will play a key part in guiding prospective candidates through the enrollment process, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience from initial inquiry to final onboarding.
Responsibilities
Assist prospective applicants with inquiries regarding programs and enrollment procedures
Maintain accurate records of applicant information and documentation
Coordinate and schedule appointments, calls, and follow-ups
Support the admissions team with administrative and organizational tasks
Ensure timely communication with candidates throughout the admissions process
Collaborate with internal departments to streamline onboarding procedures
