As a Communications Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our communication strategies and initiatives, helping to convey our company’s message effectively both internally and externally. 

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the development and execution of communication strategies and campaigns.
  • Draft, edit, and distribute internal and external communications including press releases, newsletters, and social media posts.
  • Maintain and update the company’s social media profiles and website content.
  • Support the coordination of events, including workshops, webinars, and promotional activities.
  • Collaborate with team members to create engaging content that aligns with the company’s branding and messaging.
  • Monitor media coverage and track industry trends to inform communication strategies.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with marketing software
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
