Job Description
Park 6 Logistics is seeking a motivated and ambitious Leadership Development Trainee to join our Louisville team. This role is designed for individuals who are eager to build leadership capabilities while gaining hands-on experience across key operational and management functions.
Through structured training, mentorship, and real-world exposure to business operations, the Leadership Development Trainee will develop the skills needed to support team coordination, operational efficiency, and strategic initiatives within our organization.
Responsibilities
Participate in a structured leadership development program designed to prepare future leaders within the organization
Assist management with daily operational coordination and team support activities
Learn and contribute to workflow optimization and operational processes
Support cross-departmental collaboration to ensure efficient project execution
Participate in training sessions focused on leadership, communication, and business strategy
Monitor operational performance and contribute ideas for continuous improvement
Assist with team coordination, planning, and project support initiatives
