Job Description

Park 6 Logistics is seeking a motivated and ambitious Leadership Development Trainee to join our Louisville team. This role is designed for individuals who are eager to build leadership capabilities while gaining hands-on experience across key operational and management functions.

Through structured training, mentorship, and real-world exposure to business operations, the Leadership Development Trainee will develop the skills needed to support team coordination, operational efficiency, and strategic initiatives within our organization.

Responsibilities

  • Participate in a structured leadership development program designed to prepare future leaders within the organization

  • Assist management with daily operational coordination and team support activities

  • Learn and contribute to workflow optimization and operational processes

  • Support cross-departmental collaboration to ensure efficient project execution

  • Participate in training sessions focused on leadership, communication, and business strategy

  • Monitor operational performance and contribute ideas for continuous improvement

  • Assist with team coordination, planning, and project support initiatives
