Job Description
Park 6 Logistic is seeking a detail-oriented and professional Client Service Associate to support our client relations and operational coordination efforts in Cincinnati. This role serves as a key point of contact for clients, helping ensure a smooth service experience while maintaining accurate records, coordinating requests, and supporting internal logistics teams.

Responsibilities
Serve as a primary point of contact for client inquiries and service requests
Maintain clear communication between clients and internal departments
Assist with coordinating service schedules, documentation, and order updates
Monitor client accounts and ensure accurate records within internal systems
Provide administrative support related to logistics and client services
Help resolve client concerns in a timely and professional manner
Support operational teams by ensuring all client information is properly documented
Contribute to maintaining high service standards and client satisfaction
