Position Overview
The Customer Account Representative is responsible for managing client relationships, assisting with account inquiries, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. This role works closely with clients to support their needs and maintain strong business relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain relationships with assigned customer accounts
Respond to client inquiries and provide information about services or promotions
Assist with account updates and maintain accurate records
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and service quality
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve client concerns
Qualifications
