Park 6 Logistic is seeking a motivated and driven Leadership Development Trainee to join our team in Austin, TX. This role is designed for individuals who are eager to learn the operational and managerial aspects of a growing logistics organization while developing the leadership skills necessary to guide teams and drive performance.
As a Leadership Development Trainee, you will participate in a structured training program that provides exposure to key business operations, team coordination, and strategic decision-making. The program prepares high-potential individuals to transition into leadership roles within the organization.
Responsibilities
Participate in a structured leadership training program designed to develop operational and management skills
Assist in coordinating daily logistics and operational activities
Support department leaders in monitoring workflow efficiency and team performance
Contribute to process improvement initiatives and operational strategies
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support project execution
Analyze operational data and assist in preparing reports for management review
Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and leadership development workshops
Support the implementation of company policies, procedures, and operational standards
