Park 6 Logistic is seeking a motivated and ambitious Leadership Development Trainee to join our Boston team. This role is designed for individuals interested in learning the operational, strategic, and leadership aspects of a growing logistics organization.
The trainee will participate in a structured development program that provides exposure to various departments, operational processes, and management practices. Through mentorship and practical training, the candidate will gain the knowledge and leadership skills necessary to grow into future supervisory or management roles within the company.
Responsibilities
Participate in a structured leadership development program across key operational departments
Learn and support daily logistics and operational processes
Assist team leaders with project coordination and workflow optimization
Analyze operational performance and contribute to process improvements
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficiency and service quality
Participate in leadership workshops, training sessions, and mentoring programs
Support management with planning, reporting, and operational initiatives
Demonstrate leadership potential through initiative, teamwork, and accountability
