Job Description
The Junior Account Representative will support the management and development of client accounts by assisting with communication, coordination, and relationship-building efforts. This position plays a key role in ensuring client needs are understood and addressed while contributing to the overall success of the account management team.
Responsibilities
Assist in managing and maintaining relationships with client accounts
Support the account management team in coordinating client projects and requests
Communicate with clients to ensure satisfaction and address inquiries
Prepare reports, updates, and documentation related to account performance
