Job Description

The Client Relationship Representative plays a key role in maintaining strong relationships between Skillbridge Academy and our clients. In this position, you will act as a primary point of contact for client inquiries, ensure client satisfaction, and help coordinate communication between internal teams and external partners.

This role requires strong interpersonal skills, professionalism, and a proactive approach to client support. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering excellent service while contributing to the overall success of the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain positive relationships with current and prospective clients

  • Serve as a point of contact for client questions, requests, and general support
