Job Description
The Client Relationship Representative plays a key role in maintaining strong relationships between Skillbridge Academy and our clients. In this position, you will act as a primary point of contact for client inquiries, ensure client satisfaction, and help coordinate communication between internal teams and external partners.
This role requires strong interpersonal skills, professionalism, and a proactive approach to client support. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering excellent service while contributing to the overall success of the organization.
Responsibilities
Build and maintain positive relationships with current and prospective clients
Serve as a point of contact for client questions, requests, and general support
Communicate client needs and feedback to internal departments to ensure effective solutions
Assist with client onboarding and provide guidance on available services
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and account details
