Job Description

Skillbridge Academy is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Account Representative to join our growing team in Baton Rouge. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy building professional relationships, supporting client accounts, and contributing to business growth in a collaborative environment.

As a Junior Account Representative, you will work closely with senior team members and clients to ensure account needs are met, assist with client communications, and help maintain strong long-term partnerships. This position offers structured training and the opportunity to develop valuable skills in account management, communication, and business operations.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with managing and maintaining client accounts and ongoing relationships

  • Support the account management team with client communications and updates

  • Monitor client needs and ensure services are delivered efficiently

  • Prepare reports, updates, and documentation related to client accounts
