Job Description

The Service Account Coordinator plays a key role in supporting client accounts and ensuring seamless service operations. This position acts as a liaison between clients and internal teams, coordinating account activities, monitoring service performance, and ensuring all client needs are handled efficiently and professionally.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate daily activities related to assigned client accounts

  • Maintain accurate account records and documentation

  • Communicate with clients to address inquiries and service requests
