Job Description

Elevare Branding is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Service Account Coordinator to join our Boston team. In this role, you will serve as a key point of contact for client accounts, ensuring smooth coordination between clients and internal departments. Responsibilities

  • Coordinate daily communication between clients and internal teams

  • Maintain and update client account records with accuracy and confidentiality

  • Monitor account activity to ensure timely execution of services

  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and account documentation

  • Support onboarding processes for new clients

  • Identify opportunities to enhance client satisfaction and service efficiency

  • Resolve inquiries in a professional and timely manner
