The ideal candidate will ensure that all building systems, equipment, and general infrastructure remain in optimal working condition. Responsibilities

• Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on building systems and equipment

• Diagnose and repair minor mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues

• Conduct general facility repairs including fixtures, doors, lighting, and basic carpentry

• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and troubleshoot reported issues

• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs

• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies

• Assist with coordinating external vendors and service providers when necessary
