Job Description

Catch Vibe Voice is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Account Representative to join our Dallas team. This position plays a key role in supporting client relationships, ensuring smooth account operations, and contributing to overall business development initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Support senior account managers in maintaining and developing client accounts

  • Communicate effectively with clients to ensure satisfaction and timely follow-ups

  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and account documentation

  • Coordinate internally with team members to ensure seamless service delivery
