Job Description
The Public Relations Coordinator will play a key role in developing and executing communication strategies that enhance SkillBridge Academy’s reputation and visibility. This position involves coordinating public relations efforts, managing external communications, and supporting brand-building initiatives aligned with organizational goals.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement strategic public relations campaigns
Draft and distribute press releases, media pitches, and official communications
Build and maintain relationships with media outlets and community partners
Coordinate promotional events and represent the organization at public engagements
Monitor media coverage and prepare performance reports
Ensure brand consistency across all communication materials
Collaborate with internal teams to align messaging with organizational objectives
Qualifications
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent organizational and project management abilities
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Creative thinking with strong attention to detail
Professional presentation and interpersonal skills
Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or related field preferred
