The Shipping & Receiving Associate plays a vital role in maintaining the accuracy and efficiency of warehouse operations. This position is responsible for managing incoming and outgoing shipments, verifying inventory, maintaining organized storage systems, and ensuring that materials are distributed accurately and on schedule.

This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders and delivery documentation

• Prepare and process outgoing shipments accurately and efficiently

• Maintain organized inventory records and update internal tracking systems

• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely distribution of materials

• Conduct routine inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies

• Ensure compliance with company safety standards and operational procedures

• Maintain cleanliness and organization within the warehouse and receiving areas

• Assist with loading and unloading shipments as needed

• Strong organizational and time management skills
