Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Event Coordinator to oversee the planning and execution of corporate and promotional events. This role requires strong logistical skills, exceptional communication abilities, and a solution-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities
Plan, coordinate, and execute corporate events and promotional initiatives
Manage event timelines, budgets, and vendor relationships
Coordinate logistics including venue arrangements, materials, and staffing
Collaborate with internal departments to ensure alignment with company objectives
Oversee on-site event operations and resolve issues efficiently
Prepare post-event reports and performance evaluations
