Job Description

Swift7 Consultants is seeking a Customer Account Representative to join our Cincinnati team. This role is designed for a driven and detail-oriented professional who thrives in client-facing environments and values relationship-building.

As a Customer Account Representative, you will serve as a primary point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring client satisfaction, resolving inquiries, and identifying opportunities to enhance service delivery and account growth.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain relationships with assigned customer accounts

  • Serve as the main liaison between clients and internal teams

  • Address client inquiries, provide accurate information, and resolve concerns in a timely manner

  • Monitor account performance and identify opportunities for improvement or expansion

  • Maintain detailed account records and prepare reports as needed

  • Support onboarding processes for new clients
