Job Description

We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Sales Associate to join our Dallas team. In this role, you will be responsible for guiding prospective students through our program offerings, identifying their professional goals, and matching them with the right training solutions. The ideal candidate thrives in a structured, performance-based environment and demonstrates strong communication and consultative sales skills.

Responsibilities

  • Engage with prospective students to understand their career objectives and educational needs

  • Present and explain Skillbridge Academy programs in a clear and compelling manner

  • Maintain accurate records of inquiries, follow-ups, and enrollment progress

  • Meet and exceed individual and team enrollment targets

  • Build and maintain professional relationships with clients and partners

  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure a seamless enrollment experience

  • Stay informed about program updates and industry trends
