Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and ambitious Leadership Development Trainee to join our Austin team. This role is designed for high-potential individuals who are eager to develop core leadership competencies while gaining hands-on experience across multiple operational functions.

As a trainee, you will participate in a structured development program that provides exposure to strategic planning, team coordination, performance analysis, and business operations. You will work closely with senior leaders and department managers to build the foundation necessary for future leadership roles within the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Participate in a structured leadership development curriculum

  • Support daily operational and project management activities

  • Assist in analyzing performance metrics and preparing internal reports

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes and efficiency

  • Attend leadership workshops and professional training sessions
