Job Description

Skillbridge Academy is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Advertising Agent to join our growing team in Austin. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, developing, and executing advertising strategies that strengthen brand visibility and attract prospective students and partners.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive advertising campaigns aligned with company objectives

  • Coordinate promotional initiatives across various channels and platforms

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent brand messaging

  • Conduct market research to identify trends, target audiences, and competitive positioning

  • Monitor campaign performance and prepare performance reports with actionable insights

  • Manage advertising budgets effectively to maximize return on investment

  • Assist in the development of creative materials and promotional assets

  • Support outreach initiatives and brand partnerships within the local market
