Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Client Account Representative to join our team and play a pivotal role in building and maintaining strong relationships with our valued clients. In this fast-paced position, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring their needs are met while also providing exceptional service and support. 

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication.
  • Understand client needs and objectives to offer tailored solutions and services.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services to clients.
  • Manage multiple accounts simultaneously while prioritizing tasks effectively.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services to clients.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in client account management or customer service roles.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
