Job Description

Skilbridge Academy is seeking a motivated and strategic Leadership Development Associate to support and enhance our leadership training initiatives. This role is designed for individuals who are passionate about organizational growth, talent development, and operational excellence.

The ideal candidate will contribute to program execution, leadership curriculum support, and performance analysis while collaborating closely with senior leadership to ensure program effectiveness and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the planning, coordination, and implementation of leadership development programs

  • Support training workshops, seminars, and internal development initiatives

  • Analyze participant performance metrics and prepare progress reports

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align leadership initiatives with organizational goals

  • Conduct research on leadership trends and development methodologies

  • Provide administrative and operational support for leadership programs

  • Monitor program effectiveness and recommend improvements

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Organizational Leadership, Human Resources, or a related field

  • Strong analytical and organizational skills
