The Client Account Representative will serve as a primary point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring exceptional service delivery and long-term relationship development. Responsibilities

• Manage and nurture relationships with assigned client accounts

• Serve as the primary liaison between clients and internal departments

• Prepare reports, updates, and account documentation

• Identify opportunities for account expansion and client retention
