Job Description

The Trade Show Staff will represent our clients at trade shows and industry events, ensuring seamless booth operations and delivering a professional, engaging experience to attendees. This role requires strong communication skills, a polished presentation, and the ability to work in dynamic event environments.

Responsibilities

  • Set up and dismantle trade show booths and promotional displays

  • Greet and engage attendees in a professional and welcoming manner

  • Provide product and service information to prospective clients

  • Assist in lead collection and documentation during events

  • Maintain booth organization and brand standards at all times

  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth event execution

  • Support event logistics and on-site coordination
