Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and driven Leadership Development Associate to join our Dallas team. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting leadership training initiatives, facilitating program coordination, and contributing to the growth and development of emerging professionals.

This position is ideal for individuals who are passionate about personal development, strategic thinking, and organizational growth. You will work closely with senior leaders and program directors to implement development strategies and support participant success.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the planning and execution of leadership development programs

  • Support training workshops, seminars, and professional development sessions

  • Monitor participant progress and provide structured feedback

  • Collaborate with internal teams to refine training materials and learning strategies

  • Conduct performance tracking and reporting for leadership initiatives

  • Facilitate group discussions and encourage engagement in learning environments

  • Maintain accurate program documentation and administrative records
