Job Description

The Account Manager Liaison serves as a key point of contact between our internal teams and external partners. This role focuses on maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring seamless communication, and supporting account growth initiatives. The ideal candidate is organized, solution-oriented, and committed to delivering outstanding client experiences.

You will collaborate closely with account managers, operations teams, and leadership to ensure client needs are met efficiently and professionally.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary liaison between clients and internal departments

  • Support account managers in maintaining and expanding client relationships

  • Coordinate project timelines, deliverables, and communications

  • Monitor client satisfaction and proactively address concerns

  • Prepare reports, presentations, and account updates

  • Assist in identifying opportunities for account growth and service enhancement

  • Maintain accurate documentation of client interactions and agreements

  • Ensure all services are delivered in alignment with company standards
