Job Description

We are seeking a Team Leader Trainee to join our Charlotte team. This role is designed for individuals who are eager to develop leadership skills while gaining hands-on experience in logistics operations and team coordination. The Team Leader Trainee will work closely with management to learn processes, support daily operations, and gradually take on leadership responsibilities.
