Job Description
We are seeking a Leadership Development Associate to support and accelerate the growth of future leaders within our organization. This role is ideal for individuals with strong communication skills, a proactive mindset, and a genuine interest in leadership, team development, and organizational growth. You will work closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to help implement development initiatives that strengthen performance and culture.
Responsibilities
Support leadership development programs and internal training initiatives
Assist in identifying high-potential talent and development opportunities
Collaborate with team leaders to reinforce leadership standards and best practices
Help coordinate workshops, coaching sessions, and development resources
Monitor progress and contribute to performance and growth evaluations
Promote a positive, accountable, and growth-oriented work environment
