Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Event Promotions Assistant to support the planning and execution of promotional events in the Austin area. This role is ideal for individuals with strong communication skills and a proactive mindset who enjoy working in fast-paced, people-focused environments. The successful candidate will assist with event coordination, promotional activities, and brand representation while contributing to the overall success of each campaign.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the coordination and execution of promotional events and campaigns

  • Support on-site event setup, breakdown, and logistics

  • Engage professionally with attendees to deliver a positive brand experience

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure event objectives are met

  • Help maintain organized records, materials, and promotional assets

  • Represent the company and partner brands with professionalism at all times
