Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Warehouse Worker to join our dynamic team. As a crucial part of our logistics operation, you will be responsible for the efficient receipt, storage, and distribution of goods within our warehouse environment. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced setting, demonstrate strong attention to detail, and possess a willingness to learn and grow within the organization

Responsibilities

• Receive and check incoming shipments for accuracy and quality
• Organize and store products in designated warehouse areas
• Pick and pack orders for shipment according to customer specifications
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse
• Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks safely and efficiently
• Assist in inventory control and stock management

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred but not required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with a friendly and positive attitude.
• Ability to handle challenging customer interactions with patience and professionalism.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with customer service software is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality standards.
