Responsibilities

• Assist with event setup, breakdown, and on-site coordination

• Greet and engage attendees in a professional and welcoming manner

• Support event logistics and ensure schedules are followed

• Collaborate with team members to maintain an organized event flow

• Represent Lumina Agency INC with professionalism and attention to detail

• Address attendee inquiries and provide general event assistance

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
