Job Description
The Account Manager Liaison plays a vital role in supporting account operations and maintaining strong client relationships. This position focuses on coordination, communication, and organizational support to ensure client needs are met efficiently and professionally. Responsibilities
Act as a primary point of contact between account managers, internal departments, and clients
Coordinate account-related information to ensure accurate and timely communication
Support account planning, updates, and follow-ups to maintain service quality
Monitor client requests and assist in resolving inquiries efficiently
Maintain organized records, reports, and account documentation
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment with client expectations
