Job Description

Skillbridge Academy is seeking a motivated and articulate Call Center Agent to join our growing team in Miami, FL. In this role, you will serve as a key point of contact, delivering high-quality communication and support while representing our brand with professionalism and confidence. Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional and courteous manner

  • Provide accurate information and support to callers
