Skillbridge Academy is seeking a Leadership Development Associate to support and execute leadership programs that drive individual and organizational excellence. This role is ideal for a motivated professional with strong communication skills, analytical thinking, and a passion for leadership development. You will work closely with senior leaders and program stakeholders to ensure high-quality delivery of leadership initiatives and continuous improvement of our development frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Support the design, coordination, and delivery of leadership development programs

• Assist in evaluating program effectiveness and identifying opportunities for improvement

• Collaborate with internal teams to align leadership initiatives with organizational goals

• Prepare materials, reports, and insights related to leadership training outcomes

• Facilitate workshops, sessions, or discussions as needed

• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure smooth program operations

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple initiatives effectively
