Job Description

The Customer Account Representative serves as a key point of contact between Beloform Craft and our clients. This role focuses on managing client relationships, ensuring satisfaction, and supporting internal teams to deliver seamless service. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and comfortable handling multiple accounts while maintaining a high standard of communication.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary liaison for assigned customer accounts

  • Maintain strong, professional relationships with clients

  • Address inquiries, requests, and concerns in a timely and effective manner

  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure accurate and efficient service delivery

  • Monitor account activity and support ongoing client needs
