Job Description
We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Customer Service Assistant to join our Riverside, CA office. This role plays a key part in maintaining strong relationships with clients by providing timely support, accurate information, and seamless coordination between internal teams and customers. Responsibilities
Serve as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries and service requests
Provide accurate information regarding shipments, schedules, and service updates
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure efficient resolution of customer needs
Maintain clear and professional communication via phone, email, and internal systems
Update records, track requests, and ensure documentation is accurate and complete
Support daily administrative and customer service operations
