Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Client Relationship Manager to join our team in Riverside, CA. This role focuses on maintaining strong client relationships, supporting operational needs, and ensuring that every partner receives high-quality service. Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring exceptional service and support.

Monitor ongoing services, identify areas for improvement, and provide proactive solutions.
Prepare reports, documentation, and follow-ups to ensure clients remain informed and supported.
Assist with onboarding new clients and ensuring a smooth transition into our service structure.
Address inquiries, resolve issues, and elevate client satisfaction through strategic communication.
