Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Events Assistant to support the planning, coordination, and execution of a wide range of corporate and promotional events. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. This role is essential to ensuring that every event runs smoothly, meets client expectations, and reflects the quality standards of GG Media.
Responsibilities
Assist in planning and coordinating event logistics, timelines, and schedules
Support onsite event setup, vendor coordination, and execution
Maintain organized documentation, materials, and event-related files
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure all event elements meet brand standards
Communicate with vendors, venues, and partners regarding event requirements
Monitor event progress and provide real-time support during live functions
Assist in post-event reviews, reports, and improvement recommendations
