Job Description
The Events Assistant will play a key role in planning, coordinating, and executing a variety of events and activities for Skillbridge Academy. This position supports both internal and external initiatives, ensuring every event is well-organized, impactful, and aligned with our mission. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
Responsibilities
Assist in the planning and execution of events, workshops, seminars, and community activities.
Coordinate logistics including scheduling, venue preparation, materials, and attendee communication.
Maintain organized event documentation and ensure timelines are followed.
Support the team during event setup, operations, and breakdown.
Work closely with vendors, partners, and team members to ensure all elements of the event run smoothly.
Monitor event performance and assist in preparing post-event reports.
Provide administrative support to the Events Manager as needed.

Additional Information
