Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Athletic Trainer to support the physical well-being of our team members. The ideal candidate will implement wellness programs, provide injury-prevention guidance, and ensure safe working practices across our operations. This role is essential to maintaining a strong, healthy workforce and supporting our company’s productivity standards.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement wellness and injury-prevention programs for employees

• Conduct ergonomic assessments and recommend improvements

• Provide guidance on stretching, conditioning, and proper movement techniques

• Support employees with minor injuries or physical discomfort related to workplace activity

• Monitor physical readiness and ensure safe practices across departments

• Maintain documentation of assessments, incidents, and wellness progress

• Collaborate with management to build long-term health programs and initiatives

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of physical conditioning, injury prevention, and basic rehabilitation

• Ability to educate and motivate individuals in wellness and safety practices

• Excellent communication, observation, and problem-solving skills

• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail

• Certification in athletic training or related field is beneficial but not required
