Job Description

We are seeking a motivated Communications Assistant to support our internal and external communication initiatives. The ideal candidate will help craft professional content, coordinate communication activities, and ensure consistent messaging across all channels. Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation and editing of internal and external communications, including reports, memos, and presentations.

• Coordinate with multiple departments to ensure accurate and timely dissemination of information.

• Maintain brand consistency and uphold company communication standards.

• Support event coordination, press materials, and stakeholder correspondence.

• Track communication metrics and prepare summaries or progress updates.

• Provide administrative and logistical support to the Communications Department.

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills with exceptional attention to detail.

• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

• Ability to work independently while maintaining a collaborative approach.

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
